    Ernst Kleijn is een betrokken en deskundige makelaar die zowel bij de verkoop als bij de aankoop van een woning uitstekend begeleidt en ontzorgt. Hij denkt actief mee, geeft deskundig advies en is transparant over zijn aanpak en werkwijze. Wat ons vooral aanspreekt, is zijn nuchtere, no-nonsense aanpak. Een ander sterk punt is zijn heldere tariefstructuur: zowel bij aankoopbegeleiding als bij verkoop werkt hij met vaste vergoedingen in plaats van een percentage van de aan- of verkoopprijs. Dat zorgt vooraf voor duidelijkheid en transparantie. Kortom, een prettige en betrouwbare makelaar die doet wat hij belooft en met wie het fijn samenwerken is.
