Who are we:

Transparant Makelaars is a young, enthusiastic team led by Pieter Reijnen and Gijs van Looij. Pieter started the office in 2009. As the years went by, the company grew and Gijs van Looij joined. Gijs has been a partner in the company since 2016.

Both Pieter and Gijs have gained experience at renowned real estate agencies in Central Brabant. They are supported by assistant real estate agents Tim van Rijswijk and Jip Donders. They are both studying to become Candidate Registered Real Estate Agent Valuer.

Home sales:

When selling, we do not offer you empty guarantees. We do not guarantee a sale within a very short period of time. However, we do guarantee that we will bring your home to maximum attention; that we help you prepare your home for sale and, if desired, arrange this entire process for you with a team of experts. We ‘unburden’ your sale and thus guarantee maximum returns. The costs are discussed with you in advance and are therefore transparent. Purchase of homes:Transparant Makelaars will draw up a personal marketing plan for you, in which we determine the best strategy for your home. We consider the presentation of your home to be very important. Transparant Makelaars works together with a professional styling agency, a professional photographer and a professional drawing agency for floor plans. We work transparently. We do not charge start-up costs, all our costs include VAT and no unforeseen costs are charged afterwards. In short, you know where you stand thanks to our transparent working method.

Valuations:Transparant Makelaars is able to draw up a thorough transparent valuation report in the short term. The reports are guaranteed to be accepted by your mortgage provider.

After all, your Transparant Makelaars is VastgoedCert - certified and also a member of the NVM (Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents), and carries out NWWI certified home valuations. In addition, we are also authorised to carry out business valuations according to the TMI (Valuation Measurement Institute) standard.

Business OG:Transparant Makelaars is not only active in the housing market, but also in that of commercial real estate (BOG). Transparant Makelaars is active in the field of rental, sales and valuations according to the TMI model. We are accredited by all major banks to carry out valuations.

NVM Excellent status for Transparant MakelaarsThe NVM carries out mandatory internal audits to guarantee the quality of its members. The office processes are evaluated. The evaluation focuses on: recruiting clients, matching supply and demand, carrying out valuations and concluding agreements. In addition, it is investigated how the NVM member gives substance to the NVM core values: integrity, independence, transparency and expertise. The communication between employees, clients and third parties is also analysed.
