Makelaar had al heel snel een serieuze koper gevonden die uiteindelijk ook gekocht heeft. Onderhandelingen over koopprijs waren zeer beperkt. Communicatie algemeen is ook niet optimaal. Wij hebben nooit vernomen hoeveel andere potentiële geïnteresseerden er nog waren ondanks dat er door de kantoormedewerkster telefonisch werd medegedeeld dat er veel belangstelling was.
