We act on behalf of the seller for an affordable fee agreed in advance. Our approach is straightforward: no unnecessary frills, honest photography, a 3D tour, a dedicated property website, a realistic description and, above all, clear information for prospective buyers. We deliver what we promise.

Our comprehensive marketing package includes professional photography, detailed brochures, floor plans, an energy performance certificate and publication on websites such as Funda and our own website. In this way, we present your property as extensively and professionally as possible in order to achieve the best possible result: SOLD at a good price!

We also offer the Qualis label for properties in the higher market segment. In addition to the usual sales channels, this exclusive marketing concept provides that little bit extra.

Buying a Home

When purchasing a property, we act on your behalf as the buyer. With our construction background, market knowledge and detailed information about the property, we assess the price-to-quality ratio and advise you on the next steps.

Negotiating is our profession — and you can benefit from our expertise.

Once the purchase has been agreed, we carry out a legal review of the purchase agreement. If you wish, we can also accompany you to the notary for the formal transfer of ownership.

You can make use of all our services either at an hourly rate or, if you prefer certainty about the costs in advance, for a fixed commission.

Valuation of Your Home

A property valuation may be required by various parties and for different purposes. Banks often require additional verification of valuation reports, which means that organisations such as the NWWI may be involved.

We can also provide valuations for mortgage purposes in accordance with NHG standards, as well as valuations for inheritance and tax purposes in cooperation with the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration where applicable.
