My name is André Olden and I have been a broker since 1994, mainly in agricultural real estate.

The beautiful countryside of Salland, Oost-Veluwe and the Achterhoek has a great attraction for me and its entrepreneurs / residents. Here I can lose my egg in the field of advice, mediation and valuation of rural housing and agricultural companies.

I assist entrepreneurs and citizens in the outlying area with the choices they want or sometimes have to make. For some, the choice is to take over a dairy farm and for others to move to another part of the province because of the construction of a ring road or dike relocation.

With an enormous drive and passion with a concrete goal in mind, I advise and guide customers through their process, in which the customer determines the pace. My social empathy and involvement are also characteristics that customers recognize in me and appreciate very much.
