    Voordat de woning de verkoop in ging goed advies ontvangen over wat te doen aan de woning voor een optimale opbrengst. Tijdens de rest van het traject perfect begeleid. Vooraf goed overleg over de strategie tijdens het verkoopproces en deze op het juiste moment aangepast. De Rooij makelaars heeft daamee een boven verwachting hoge opbrengst gerealiseerd.
