    Ik heb zeer prettig contact gehad met Open Makelaars tijdens het gehele verkooptraject. Wat ik bijzonder fijn vond, is dat zij werken met een gezamenlijke WhatsApp-chat met alle medewerkers. Afspraken over het huis worden direct in deze chat vastgelegd, waardoor iedereen op de hoogte is en je altijd ergens op kunt terugvallen. Daarnaast werkt Open Makelaars met een beloningsstructuur die hen stimuleert om het pand zo goed mogelijk te verkopen. Dit vind ik een eerlijke en transparante manier van prijzen voor zowel de makelaar als de verkoper. Dit ben ik bij andere makelaars in Arnhem niet tegengekomen. Afspraken worden nagekomen: ze blijven bij hun woord, waardoor je op hen kunt bouwen. Ik zou Open Makelaars dan ook zeker aanraden aan vrienden, familie en kennissen die hun huis willen verkopen of aankopen.

    Contact met Open makelaars is altijd erg snel en prettig. Door de groepsapp is er altijd iemand die snel kan reageren met een antwoord of oplossing. Maar ook de makelaar zelf, Sergej in ons geval, reageert altijd snel. Wij hebben niet alleen op standaard huizen geboden maar er wordt altijd goed meegedacht. Sergej weet de humor er altijd in te houden, zelfs als er dingen tegen zitten maar tegelijkertijd wordt je altijd voorzien van goed, helder en deskundig advies

    Prettige makelaar, goed bereikbaar en snelle reactie bij vragen. De verkoop is soepel en goed verlopen. Ook bij de aankoop van een nieuw appartement kregen we tips en is er een keer gratis meegekeken.
