Welcome to Broersma Living.

We understand that every home is an experience in itself. For almost a century, we have been connecting the unique wishes of our clients with the finest properties available in Amsterdam. A small city with global appeal, where the secret lies in meeting people’s housing needs and not just filling space. That is our area of expertise.

The right space is more than just the right size.

Whether you are looking for an industrial loft in a former school building or an modern wooden residential tower: we listen, advice and anticipate on selecting the right listings. Matching your personal wishes.

Broersma brings the potential of a space to life.

We reveal elegance and articulate imagination. Aesthetically, structurally, technically, legally and fiscally, we know all the nuances. First falling in love, then to be confirmed from expertise on all fronts. That is what we go for. Every time again.
