Tel Makelaars traces its origins back to 1928, when Nico Tel founded the firm under the name Nico Tel Makelaars o.g. B.V. What began as a traditional real estate agency has evolved over the years into a versatile firm offering a broad range of real estate services. Today, the fourth generation is at the helm.

For almost a century, personal service, professional expertise, quality and the building of long-term relationships with our clients have formed the foundation of our approach. These values have remained unchanged since our founding and continue to be at the heart of our agency.

Today, we are active in the purchase, sale, rental, letting and management of real estate. Whether it concerns private homes, investment properties or commercial real estate, we guide our clients with expert advice and personal attention.
