    Hein van Ameo is zo'n beetje alles wat je hoopt te vinden in een makelaar. Helder, flexibel, klantvriendelijk en misschien nog wel het belangrijkste, zeer geduldig in een oververhitte markt. Geen druk, wel eerlijk en transparant advies met als resultaat een snelle en goede verkoop van onze woning.

    Hein Hermans is een absolute topper. Zeer deskundig, van A tot Z bijgestaan met bezichtigen en (snel) onderhandelen. Zelfs toen de verkopend makelaar foutief afspraken niet nakwam, stond Hein er door weer en wind. Ook ruim buiten de reguliere uren. Hierdoor zijn we na 2 jaar zoeken zonder aankoopmakelaar zonder resultaat, ineens binnen enkele weken mét Hein als aankoop makelaar wél geslaagd. Bedankt Hein! We kunnen nu ons droomhuis eindelijk gaan verbouwen.

    Het was heel fijn samenwerken. Ik heb me echt klant gevoeld. De makelaar dacht pro-actief mee en is zeer deskundig en vriendelijk. Het was fijn schakelen en de service was excellent. Ze namen vrijwel alles uit handen en zetten echt een extra stap.
