    Jochem is zeer deskundig en weet hoe het werkt in Amsterdam. Hij is heel vriendelijk en prettig in de omgang. Hij levert een totaalpakket aan diensten en is altijd beschikbaar voor hulp en advies. In zijn begeleiding had hij mij iets meer tegemoet kunnen komen door meer (ongevraagde) informatie over het verkoopadres te geven. Zo was ik er bijvoorbeeld niet op voorbereid dat kopers tot het allerlaatste moment wachten met het uitbrengen van een bod en was ik onnodig zenuwachtig of er überhaupt geboden zou gaan worden. Het was mijn eerste verkoop en Jochem had met iets meer communicatie wat zorgen bij me weg kunnen nemen.

    Makelaar Mark heeft ons ontzettend goed geholpen en uiteindelijk ook nog wat van de prijs afgekregen. Hij is heel deskundig. Toen we net begonnen met onze zoektocht was hij even minder beschikbaar maar dat veranderde snel, en vervolgens verliep de communicatie heel soepel. Bovendien is het een ontzettend aardige vent.
