Uitstekend -Zeer deskundig, empathisch en betrouwbaar. -Uitstekende communicatie met alle betrokken partijen. -Voelt behoeften goed aan en handelt daarnaar. -Ervaren; kantoor heeft ontbrekende erfpachtgegevens zelf gevonden. -Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en denkt mee over kosten. -Kennismaking op kantoor gaf veel vertrouwen. Tips -Bij communicatie op afstand was de urgentie van sommige zaken niet altijd duidelijk. Over de marketing (tekst, foto's en plattegrond) verschilden we soms van mening, maar -Renata stond open voor onze wensen.
