This review comes a bit late as we were very preoccupied after the purchase, but we really wanted to share how positive our experience was. The entire process was very well organised from start to finish. They have an amazing platform where I could instantly see newly listed properties based on my preferences, which made the search much easier. I also appreciated the experienced advice they provided while helping us decide which properties to view. Marlous was an absolute pleasure to work with and was always quick to act. When she went on leave, Menno took over seamlessly. We did change our minds on one property, which I know caused some inconvenience, but Menno was incredibly understanding and supportive. He recognised that this was a big purchase for us and made sure we were 100% confident and happy with our final decision. I was quite anxious during that time, but he truly made the process feel easier and more reassuring. The mortgage process was also challenging, but Edwin and Narda worked hard to ensure everything was completed on time for the transfer date, despite the issues we encountered. Overall, we are very satisfied with the entire team and their support. We have already been recommending them to friends who are looking to buy a property and would gladly do so again.
