De Makelaers is a young NVM-registered real estate agency with a unique vision that puts the client first. With nearly 25 years of experience, we believe in a no-nonsense approach. We keep both feet on the ground and focus solely on delivering quality. In a short time, we have grown into a leading real estate agency with a fresh perspective, specializing in residential property. Times change; and so does real estate! Through a proactive approach, we demonstrate that combining online and traditional real estate methods truly works.

In 2025, we celebrate the 10-year anniversary of De Makelaers BV; a decade in which we have proudly received numerous awards. The opening of our second office in Zaanstad marks a new milestone. Our continued growth, driven by satisfied clients and our commitment to quality, has led to this new location. With it, we aim to serve our clients in the Zaanstad region even better and provide optimal service.

    David hielp ons zeer goed aan het begin van het traject. Hij nam maar liefst 2 uur de tijd om zijn plan uit te leggen en ons van advies voorzien. Uiteindelijk heeft Ashley de bezichtigingen en de rest gedaan op een professionele manier. Ook de rest van het personeel van de Makelaars stonden altijd voor ons klaar als er vragen waren. Wij vonden het een prettige samenwerking en wij raden absoluut de Makelaars aan als je je huis gaat verkopen.
