Description

For decades, Ancora's expert brokers have been advising businesses and individuals on real estate. The service extends to mediation in the leasing and letting and the sale and purchase of commercial real estate and residential properties. Valuations, also in the context of the OZB tax, can be carried out and reported by Ancora within a day. Thanks to an online connection with the land registry, important cadastral research work can already be carried out during the valuation. On the Residential theme pages, Ancora Makelaardij O.G. offers extensive information about everything related to living. A unique product from Ancora is the Ancora Combi. This means that you can purchase and sell at very favourable and competitive rates. The combination with a mortgage also offers you important advantages: 1st we arrange the best and cheapest mortgage for you. 2nd you pay an even lower rate for the purchase or sale of your home.

This office is a member of the NVM.
