My name is Ilona Wolthuis and I have been a real estate agent in Almere for 30 years. Being a real estate agent is my passion!

I made the choice for the real estate industry at a young age. I started as an office employee at a real estate agency and from there I progressed to a certified real estate agent/appraiser. My enthusiasm was fueled by the work in the office. I wanted to help the people and convey my vision of sales, close the deal and make people choose me as a person. Because I have worked in the office for a number of years, I know better than anyone how a real estate agency works. I know all facets of brokerage.

After having worked for several years at two other real estate agencies, both inside and outside Almere, I am sure. The Almere housing market is my market!

The choice for my own real estate agency was made by the enthusiastic sellers and buyers that I have met over the years. Many customers remain loyal to me! It always inspired me to start my own office. Clients describe me as professional, personal, reliable and full of passion.
