Selling your home? We do it in 7 clear steps.

1. Getting acquainted

We visit you at home to get to know you and take a look at your property. We discuss why you are considering selling, your future housing plans and what matters most to you. Of course, we will also explain how we work and what you can expect from us.

2. Determining the sales strategy

After viewing your property, we carry out an extensive market analysis. We look at recently sold properties, the current housing supply and the position of your property within the market. Based on this information, we determine the most suitable sales strategy and asking price together.

3. Presenting your property at its best

A strong presentation makes all the difference. That is why we advise you on the best ways to present your property attractively on the market.

With our different presentation packages, you can choose the marketing tools that best suit your property. From professional photography to additional presentation options: we advise, you decide.

This ensures that your property is presented professionally and stands out on Funda as well as on our own channels.

4. Viewings

The first prospective buyers are at the door! Our estate agent personally conducts each viewing and takes the time to show your property properly.

After the viewings, we keep you informed of the feedback and actively follow up with interested parties to find out whether they would like to take the next step.

5. Negotiating

An offer! Now it really gets exciting. We discuss every proposal with you and look not only at the price, but also at the conditions, the preferred transfer date and any contingencies.

We advise you and negotiate on your behalf. You always remain in control.

6. Sold!

Agreement reached? Congratulations!

We prepare the NVM purchase agreement and make sure that all agreements are recorded correctly from a legal perspective. Naturally, we go through the agreement with you and explain what the various provisions mean.

7. The transfer

Before the transfer of ownership, a final inspection of the property takes place together with the buyer. We check the property and record the meter readings.

After that, the official transfer of ownership can take place at the civil-law notary’s office, completing the sale of your property.
