    De makelaar is resultaat gericht, en focust op de hoofdzaken. Namelijk het realiseren van zowel een goede aankoop (kansrijk bod, maar niet onnodig hoog) en een goede verkoop (snelle verkoop, gunstige prijs). Dit is bij ons in Schalkhaar allebei goed gelukt.

    Adfinis (Rens) is zeer betrokken, en probeert echt het beste voor ons (kopers) te krijgen. Dat hij zelfs tijd opoffert om in de avonduren nog dingen door te willen spreken, toont dit aan. Wat ook goed was is dat Rens met ons mee is geweest naar een huis waarbij hij eigenlijk vooraf al wel wist dat het niks zou worden, maar ons dit wel wilde laten ervaren.
