Florian kwam bij ons met een eerlijk advies, duidelijk en betaalbaar. Goede en duidelijke communicatie. Mooie foto's gemaakt. Met een heel mooi resultaat! Onze woning was binnen 2 weken verkocht!

Samen met Florian van Blik makelaars ons huis bekeken, in het gesprek is te merken dat hij een heldere kijk op het pand en de omgeving had. In ieder geval zaten we op dezelfde lijn en werd de verkoop door het kantoor vlot in gang gezet. Foto's en video zijn gemaakt met mooi weer, deze gaven een goed beeld van het pand. Door deze erg mooie foto's en de inzet van Florian en zijn medewerkers is het pand vlot verkocht in amper 2 weken. Wij zijn heel tevreden over het proces.

Deze makelaar nam rustig de tijd voor mij ondanks dat de verkoopdatum van mijn woning toen nog onzeker was. Ook tijdens het verkooptraject dacht deze makelaar mee met de wensen die ik als verkoper had. Vanuit mijn ervaring zal ik deze makelaar zeker aanraden!
