    Aardige en vriendelijke man. Courtage uiteraard conform het afgesproken contract maar met slechts bezichtigingen en nog eens bijna € 1200 extra voor foto's vonden wij het uiteindelijke bedrag van bijna €12.000 niet in verhouding met de geleverde prestaties. Te meer daar er meerdere (meet en inschatting) fouten zijn geweest die we zelf moesten corrigeren. Ook kon er op ons expliciete verzoek niet eens door de makelaar een papieren versie van het "voorlopige koopcontract" worden geleverd. Al met al helaas een minimale voldoende.

    Het was een lange zit... Ik ben zeer tevreden hoe Sebastiaan met zijn creativiteit de verkoop heeft begeleidt. Verder was voor mij ook de menselijke kant belangrijk, die heb ik in de samenwerking met Sebastiaan als erg positief ervaren. uiteindelijk was ik ook zeer tevreden over het eindresultaat.
