Real estate, mortgages, and insurance are all interconnected. It’s great when you can get advice on all these matters from a single point of contact. A team that takes the time for you and where you don't have to handle everything online yourself. That’s the kind of team we are at Melior. What is nowadays called 'unburdening', we have been doing since we started in 1999. Involved, active, and creative.

Selling a house, advising on a mortgage, or putting together an insurance package requires a professional, business-like, and independent perspective. However, we are well aware that such steps can be exciting and bring along emotions. We find it important to support you well on that front too. Timely updates on the status, a pep talk if the sale isn’t progressing quickly, and above all, a listening ear. We advise with feeling!

We have 2 offices in Westland, one in De Lier at Hoofdstraat 107 and ons in 's-Gravenzande at Langestraat 96.

Eerste keer dat we een huis verkochten. D'r kwam veel meer bij kijken dan gedacht. De Melior makelaar en de ondersteunende back-office hebben ons goed voorgelicht en alle acties soepel in goede banen geleid. Wij zijn zeer tevreden!
