We kregen continu updates en advies over hoe om te gaan met complexe situaties, zoals de akte ondertekenen vanuit het buitenland. Kan deze makelaar zeer aanraden.

I cannot recommend this makelaar highly enough. My history with them goes back many years when I first bought the house; they were representing the previous owner, and even as a buyer, I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism. That positive experience was the exact reason why I chose them again when it was time to sell. Arie, one of the founders, has since retired, but the company he built stands on rock-solid foundations. He used to seal contracts with a simple handshake, no unnecessary formalities, just pure mutual trust. I am happy to say that this incredible philosophy lives on; the people currently running the business are absolutely fantastic and carry forward those exact same values. Selling the house while living abroad in Italy could have been an incredibly stressful experience, but they took care of absolutely everything, going far above and beyond what any standard real estate agent would do. From the very beginning, before I was even sure if or when I would sell the property, they were incredibly supportive and patient. Since I was in Italy and unable to travel back to the Netherlands, they stepped up to manage everything on the ground: Handling emergencies: When the house alarm went off unexpectedly, they didn't hesitate to personally go over and check that everything was safe. Managing technical issues: They fully arranged and coordinated the replacement of a broken utility meter when I couldn't be there. Extra mile coordination: They even helped me manage the disposal of a large amount of furniture that couldn't be donated to charity shops. They were always available, highly responsive, and incredibly supportive before, during, and even after the sale was finalized. Beyond their clear professionalism, what truly sets them apart is their wonderful attitude, they are deeply human, genuinely friendly, and exceptionally kind. If you are looking for a makelaar you can truly trust, look no further. Even with Arie enjoying his well-deserved retirement, his team is exceptional. I highly, highly recommend them!
