TIM Vastgoed is an initiative of entrepreneur Tim Schaap, born and raised in 't Gooi (middle of Holland) with work experience in real estate since childhood.

Tim has been working in South Limburg as a construction engineer since 1997 and as a registered broker-master appraiser since 2003.

His membership of the trade association VBO Makelaar also gives him the international MMCEPI accreditation.

Together with his wife Fynanda, who, as a sales stylist, takes care of the decoration, presentation and photography of the property, TIM Vastgoed mediates in the purchase and sale of real estate.

Good. Their two sons, Jurjen and Joris, are now also active in their business, together with real estate agent Rico Meertens, who has been associated with the office since 2010.
