    Twintig jaar geleden heeft Patty me uitzonderlijk goed geholpen bij de aankoop van mijn eerste huis en nu twintig jaar later weer. Haar ervaring, gedegen vakkennis, vriendelijkheid en onderhandelingskwaliteiten zijn geweldig, maar het is vooral haar sensitiviteit die twintig jaar geleden en ook nu het verschil maakten. Lang verhaal, maar bij het kopen van een huis heb je een goed mens aan je zijde nodig die ook aanvoelt wat er niet wordt gezegd.
