    I contacted Hans(Real Estate Agent) through reference of my friend, we made an appointment at my home during which Hans explained, the process of purchasing house in netherlands and recorded our expectations of purchase also informed us about savings needed in bank account for purchasing house. As next steps, Hans accompanied us for House viewings and later on for house liked by us, Hans worked with Sellers broker and helped in getting winning bid. Hans also engaged right set of people for Technical inspection and tax evaluation of the house and ensured all the steps were performed for smooth purchase of house from us. Overall it was very good experience of purchasing house in Netherlands with the support provided by Hans
