    Mijn ervaring met deze makelaar is overwegend positief. Hij heeft niet alleen mijn woning succesvol verkocht, maar dacht ook actief mee bij de aankoop van mijn nieuwe huis. Zijn advies was eerlijk, duidelijk en altijd in mijn belang. Dat gaf veel vertrouwen tijdens het hele traject. De communicatie verliep prettig en ik werd steeds goed op de hoogte gehouden van de stappen die genomen werden. Ook reageert de makelaar heel snel als je een vraag hebt (zelfs na werktijden). Er waren wel een paar kleine slordigheidjes in de Funda‑advertentie, zoals details die net wat strakker of zorgvuldiger konden. Dat had iets beter gekund, maar het deed gelukkig niets af aan het uiteindelijke resultaat. Al met al ben ik heel tevreden. Een betrokken en kundige makelaar die verder kijkt dan zijn eigen opdracht en je ook bij de aankoop uitstekend ondersteunt.

    Hans heeft ons goed geholpen tijdens de zoektocht naar een huis. Tijdens het biedproces bleef hij realistisch en gaf hij duidelijk advies. Hij was snel bereikbaar, ook buiten reguliere werktijden. Met een heldere strategie en een positieve, betrokken benadering gaf hij ons vertrouwen dat de zoektocht zou slagen op ten duur.
