Makelaar in Amsterdam is based in the heart of the city, on the Singel. With us, you deal with four familiar faces: Erik, Lisa, Hadewij and Micha. No changing contacts. The estate agent who does the intake at your home also puts your home on funda personally, and sits next to you at the civil-law notary later on. Together, we have now sold more than 1400 homes.

**Selling for 1% all-in**

Our fee is 1% of the sale price, including VAT and with no upfront costs. You only pay once your home is sold. For that, we take care of everything: photos, video and 3D tour, floor plan with measurement report, an advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram, the viewings, the negotiations and all the paperwork through to the key handover.

**Buying with an estate agent on your side**

For €3,500 all-in (including VAT, for homes up to €1 million) we guide you from the search to the keys, with as many offers as it takes. During the viewing, we check the structural condition of the property right away. For your mortgage, we work with our trusted partner Monique Kamphorst. Many of our buyers are expats, so working in English comes just as easily to us.
