  Highly recommend Extate Housing! The team, especially Vino and Bart, was incredibly professional and managed the sale preparation of our apartment at Winkelcentrum Woensel 177 very efficiently. They quickly arranged the Energy Label inspection (resulting in an excellent 'A' label) and were very responsive when scheduling the photographer and updating the advertisement details, like adding the correct VvE costs and addressing the 'furnished' error. Excellent communication and dedicated service from start to finish. Thank you!

  Voor de verkoop van mijn appartement heb ik gekozen voor Extate Housing, en daar ben ik echt heel blij mee. Vanaf het eerste contact voelde het vertrouwd. Ze denken met je mee, geven eerlijk advies en houden je overal stap voor stap in mee. Wat mij vooral opviel, is hoe snel en professioneel ze werken. De foto’s, de presentatie en de communicatie waren allemaal top. Ik had meteen het gevoel dat mijn appartement in goede handen was, en dat bleek ook: het is snel én voor een mooie prijs verkocht. Daarnaast is het team gewoon prettig om mee samen te werken – vriendelijk, duidelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Dat maakte het hele proces voor mij stressvrij. Kortom: Extate Housing heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Ik zou ze zeker aanraden aan iedereen die zijn woning wil verkopen.
