Via ChatGPT I was impressed with this realtor. Good reviews are important but those are all details and it made me curious. Joek was always there to assist and funnel my choices, it feels comfortable to work side by side. With my budget and wishes we had to make concessions and ended up in Koog aan de Zaan. A’dam Good Story is always available and goes the extra mile, even outside Amsterdam. Loved and highly recommended.

What I appreciate mostly about A’dam Good Story that they’re honest and give you the advice they would give as your their own family. Leusdenhof is a good example, they give you the ins and outs and will tell you it’s a magical place to live but the building has it’s challenges. And they respect your choice and assist you on your way to buy your dream house.

Joek heeft een geweldige verkoop gedaam voor ons appartement! Hij is zeer betrokken, reageert altijd snel, komt zo vaak als nodig is langs. Hij heeft het appartement super mooi gestyled en het op de best mogelijke manier neergezet. De foto's sprongen er echt uit. We hadden meer kijkers en biedingen dan verwacht en zelfs een bod hoger dan gehoopt. Joek is een makelaar die er met heel zijn hart in zit en dat komt naar voren in alles.
