    De eerste communicatie met de makelaar was vriendelijk en professioneel. De fotoshoot was goed georganiseerd. Na de eerste maand leek de interesse in ons als potentiële kopers echter af te nemen. We waren niet tevreden met de biedprijs, maar de makelaar was vooral geïnteresseerd in een snelle verkoop. Er waren erg jonge medewerkers aanwezig bij de bezichtigingen, die in feite alleen dienden om de potentiële koper het huis te laten zien (we kregen dezelfde feedback van de koper). In feite verkocht het huis zichzelf, vanwege de goede staat en de buurt, en niet zozeer door de actieve verkoopinspanningen van de makelaar.
