If you’re trying to find the best buying agent, then Gijs is your guy. I found him on google and read his reviews and working with him even supersedes the reviews. From the very first call it was easy to communicate with him and he was very friendly and spoke very good english which was a big plus for me as I do not speak dutch. He is very honest, very helpful, he explains things very clearly and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. He followed us for house inspections when he had the chance, helped us with mini inspections of the house, advised us etc and he handled most of our paperwork. We were able to buy the house of our dreams and it’s all thanks to him. I would recommend him any day, any time to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Zeer tevreden over de samenwerking met Gijs als verkoopmakelaar. De service was uitstekend, met prettig en persoonlijk contact gedurende het hele traject. Alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd en er werd echt meegedacht. Het eindresultaat mag er zijn: meerdere geïnteresseerden, tevreden hoogste bieders en een verkoopprijs die onze verwachtingen ruimschoots overtrof. Gijs wist net dat extra beetje toe te voegen dat nodig was om dit resultaat te bereiken. Absoluut een aanrader!
