    The agent who sold my house deserves a 10+ on all criteria. The agency overall, particularly regarding the agreements pertaining to the fee for the sale, was brutally disappointing. I recommend to anyone approaching this agency to make black-on-white agreements regarding the fee due early on in the process and only based on the truly expected transaction value of their property.
