    Het contact met de makelaar zelf was prettig en verliep goed. Toen een bezichtiging echter werd geannuleerd, bleek het lastig om in contact te komen met het kantoor. Pas geruime tijd later werd ik hierover teruggebeld. Dit vond ik jammer, omdat vooraf niet duidelijk was gecommuniceerd dat ik zelf -dus zonder makelaar- bij de bezichtiging aanwezig zou kunnen zijn. Hierdoor had ik mijn werk speciaal voor de bezichtiging aangepast en bleek dat achteraf onnodig te zijn geweest. Over het advies en de deskundigheid van de makelaar waren we daarentegen erg positief. We hebben de begeleiding en het deskundige advies als zeer prettig ervaren.

    De verkoop verliep soepel, alles was geregeld in het totaal packet van de makelaar (fotos inmetingen en de styylist). Ook hadden wij een goed gevoel over Ben zelf en zijn kennis van de markt. Uiteindelijk hebben wij ons huis voor een mooie prijs op korte termein kunnen verkopen.
