Akash was very helpful in winning the bid, the process afterwards went smoothly. He is fast to take action. Once you provide him with all the required documents for the purchase, the process moves quite fast. On the downside, I wish if there was better communication when there are delays. Also proactively providing explanation of the different terms in the contract would have been helpful instead of me asking each time. To conclude, Akash is a good real-estate agent and you can rely on him to find your dream house. He has good knowledge of the market and knows how to win deals.
