Eric was very clear in his communication with us, we knew every step of the operation. He first laid out a schedule of events, so that we knew what to expect in terms of when the photographer would come, when the viewings would start etc. He walked us through any part of the process that we did not understand. The photographer Milan was very professional and produced some fantastic photos. Eric himself kept us informed daily of visits.. He also worked to keep us updated on any prospects. We followed his advice and he was able to close the sale within days. We are very pleased with the outcome 😊
