He is also incredibly well connected. At every viewing he already knew the other agent, and whenever a question came up in the buying process, he knew exactly who could help. He even introduced us to an excellent financial adviser, which made the mortgage side far less stressful.
It was a long search, and we were not always easy clients. We sent Phil a lot of messages, often at odd hours, full of questions and extra requests. He worked around the clock, answered every one, helped coordinate everything, and never once made us feel we were asking too much. Whenever things weren't ideal, he helped us course-correct and keep moving.
When our house came up, there was a lot of interest. Phil moved fast and our offer was accepted. Even then he stayed closely involved, and one Sunday he delivered a document himself so our valuation and mortgage stayed on schedule.
