Our Hans Janssen Makelaar made a mistake in the contract that was discovered by the buyer's makelaar. Our makelaar was not available on the day client wanted to see the house so we showed it ourselves. Our makelaar was also not available on the sale day and sent a colleague. On that day the buyer demanded we take 1000Euro off the already agreed price. The colleague sent by our makelaar had no vested interest in this situation and left us to argue with the buyer and their makelaar, we ended up agreeing to the reduction in price for fear of losing the sale. It was a horrible experience with no support from Hans Janssen and then we have to pay a percentage of the sale price for it. Do not recommend.
