I would recommend this agent.
Mijn eerste bod en in een keer raak, dit was zonder Stef van @Work niet gelukt! Ik ben dik tevreden met alle hulp (oa met zijn directe kennis op bouwkundig staat van het huis, snel schakelen met verkoopmakelaar) en gang van zaken, zeker een aanrader!

Door de ongekende deskundigheid, snelheid en flexibiliteit van @Work Makelaars binnen acht dagen (!) mijn eerste appartement kunnen kopen in Rotterdam. Als je opzoek bent naar een (aankoop)makelaar in de Randstad (en die zijn onmisbaar), dan is @Work 100% aan te raden. 10/10.

I would recommend this agent.
We had a very positive experience with Wil. He is on top of his work, well-connected, knowledgeable, and honest. Wil offered help in all the stages from searching to viewing, deciding, bidding, and even on the day of signing the contract. It is worth every penny you pay, especially if you want to have expert advice to help you navigate the crazy housing market and avoid overspending on a house/apartment. Initially, our friends recommended Wil as a makelaar, and now, after working with him, I can say that the process of buying a house was pleasant and smooth thanks to him.
