Berg ERA is a very good real estate agency, small and reliable. They offer a premium start deal with advertising the property. They are on the point with timing, react quickly to questions, keep the sellers up-to-date with visits. It was an exciting journey!!! They are not used to sell house in Oegstgeest, but they did a background check on other properties around to guide us. Their good knowledge about the market overall was useful and made a difference. We really liked their transparency in the bidding process and the fact that everyone had the chance to make an offer. Having said that, we had a few miscommunications when we received the offers, which is why we did not give a 10 in the "service and guidance" section. All in all, we definitely recommend using their service!
