Joyce from Gusto Casa showed not only an amazing attitude and care during the search and purchase process, but also great expertise in the field. I struggled to find a home by myself for months, and Gusto Casa helped me find one quite fast while making the process smooth and exciting. As a first-time buyer with a busy lifestyle, that meant a lot to me - only 4 months passed from the first consultation with the agency to actually getting my new apartment keys. I had all the information I needed about potential homes prior to viewings, and solid advice afterwards. When we found "the one", Joyce's fast action helped me win the bidding and finally breathe out. All that said, for anyone looking to buy or sell in Utrecht, I definitely recommend Gusto Casa.

Het contact verliep super fijn. De makelaar kwam bij elke afspraak goed beslagen ten ijs en vulde mijn blik goed aan. Ik kon altijd terecht voor vragen en ben steeds snel geholpen. Aanrader!

What really stood out about Joyce was her personal approach and how well prepared she was during each visit. She took the time to connect with us, and we always felt we could trust her advice.
