Selling a home during the Christmas season isn't easy, but Van de Schans Makelaardij handled it exceptionally well. Besides the timing and a few re-strategies along the way, everything went rather smoothly. Being a family business, we felt a more personal connection and genuine care throughout the process, which really made a difference. In the end, the house found the right new owners, and it felt like everything happened for a reason.
