Eindhoven and Belgium are within easy reach by car, and public transport connections are also nearby.
Ownership and land use
The Tiny House is your property. The home is located on land leased from the Minitopia Foundation. The current agreement runs until 1 October 2034, with the intention to extend it, although this cannot be guaranteed. In practice, this means you purchase your own home and rent the land it stands on. You can live here as long as the location fits your lifestyle and the agreement remains in place. Because the house is not permanently attached to the land, relocation in the future is possible. This does require careful planning and execution, as it concerns a full-scale home. This creates a flexible way of living: ownership of your home, with freedom of movement in the future.

Allocation process
The property will be awarded to the buyer who best fits the project. In addition to the offer price, motivation and suitability are also taken into account.
