Twan van Laanen is deskundig, professioneel en communicatief sterk. Zijn motto van "de klant ontzorgen" maakt hij volledig waar. Hij heeft de regie over het proces goed in handen. Ook alle lof voor zijn kantoorgenoten. Ik gun iedereen een makelaar zoals Twan.

Het contact met de betreffende makelaar (i.e. persoon) is prettig verlopen. Dit is de derde keer dat ik met deze specifieke persoon te maken heb, en het verloopt altijd kundig, snel en efficiënt. Hij heeft veel kennis van zaken en reageert snel. De organisatie an sich is ook prettig, kundig en behulpzaam. Het enige dat wat minder is, is dat de klantenservice/administratie van Hans Janssen niet altijd bereikbaar is. Telefonisch sta je soms erg lang in de wacht of word je doorgeschakeld naar een algemeen nummer.
