Ton Lauwaars started in mid-1982 with a home office on the Kralingse Vijverlaan. Existing buildings have been the specialization from the start. Art Deco, Jugendstill, late nineteenth century, early twentieth and there where you can find the typical style elements from before the war. Even the 60s and later impress: wide corridors, large livings, high ceilings. Furthermore: the special work, for example windmills, a radar tower, former school buildings, or a pumping station. Today Lauwaars NVM Makelaars has grown into one of the larger real estate agencies in the region, representing all types of properties in all price ranges. Lauwaars has a large share in this because of its personal approach. Entire families have been customers for generations! Of course Ton Lauwaars was also known in Kralingen and surroundings because of his classic cars and his special interest and dedication to art and culture in and around the city.
