Het makelaars kantoor staat deskundig in de markt, weten goed wat er in Twente en lokaal speelt en passen zich snel aan ,aan de veranderende actuele marktomstandigheden qua positionering van het te verkopen huis en dito vraagprijs en onderhandelingen, dit in goed overleg met de betrokken klant Is betrouwbaar en consistent in hun verkoopstrategie en proces. Verder zijn het betrokken en zeer prettige medewerkers en eigenaren .Het is een goed team.
