Betrokken personeel zowel in het veld als in de back-office, Er wordt meegedacht, aanwijzingen gegeven en geanticipeerd als iets niet zo loopt als beoogd. Potentiele kopers worden niet alleen rondgeleid maar ook geholpen met inzichten wat mogelijk is in een bestaande woning als daar behoefte aan is.. Er wordt snel gecommuniceerd wat zeer prettig is omdat het toch spannend is. Een huis verkopen doe je niet vaak. Door het eigen bedrijf merk je dat lijntjes kort zijn en niet, zoals bij grote kantoren, alleen maar een uitoefening van het vak. De lokale marktkennis is in Riel 100%. In Tilburg kan ik deze niet helemaal inschatten. Vandaar een 9.
