Het fijne is dat los van de hele concurrerende prijs in de omgeving Weert, je geen kosten vooraf hebt. Daarnaast is het kantoor betrokken en denkt mee in bezichtigingen buiten de 'normale' kantoor-uren. Voor ons is Eugene een gouden greep gebleken.

Having a supportive experience from the beginning to end, I would highly recommend Konings Makelaardij & Taxaties as a makelaar. Although he is now my selling agent, Eugene sold the house that I bought. Even when I was buying it from him, he was kind and understanding, supporting me as a buyer through the process and making me feel very welcomed, especially when I did not understand the process and some Dutch language. As a buyer, I was very comfortable in the process and had a lot of confidence in buying my house because Eugene was able to explain everything very well. Now as a seller, Eugene was again warm, open, and supportive. He was very intelligent in knowing the market. Having sold many houses around the area, he knew the population, the selling trends, the prices, and what strategies to use exactly. Eugene helped me understand my selling process, especially because still I felt insecure selling my first house. When preparing the house for sale, Eugene was very fast, prompt, efficient. Within 1 week and my house was on Funda, and 1.5 weeks after that, I secured my buyer - the sale was in process! During the sales process, he arranged the pictures, the inspection of energy labels and etc. easily. He even helped me stage/decorate the house. At one point, there was a small mark on my kitchen stove, and he even helped me clean that spot while in his business suit - he really goes the extra mile! During the house visits, Eugene knew how to tailor his support to each buyer, understanding their backgrounds and needs. He immediately spotted which buyers are really interested (and secured them!) and which buyers are not serious. Also, the house was sold at a very good price, very much above what I was expecting. Finally, when selling the house, I unfortunately got into a small accident on the road. Eugene supported me through the event - helping me arrive at the notary on time (helping me navigate through the Dutch villages and through Belgium as he knew the area so well), speaking to the buyers and notary and arranging a quick and effective change of plans. He was also emotionally supportive after the event that I had to go through. In the end, Eugene supported me through this most amazingly. He went above and beyond, always providing a warm, supportive, human touch, yet with the wits of an experienced entrepreneur who knows the area extremely well.
