    Ik had een goede klik met de makelaar zelf. Ik vond dat de backoffice wel slordig was, ik moest vaak zelf de fouten uit documenten en teksten halen en daar werd weinig adequaat op gereageerd. Dat is jammer, want het doet af aan de professionele uitstraling van de makelaars zelf, die zich zichtbaar hard inzetten voor kwaliteit.
