    Helaas ben ik zeer teleurgesteld over mijn ervaring. De communicatie was onvoldoende transparant en de verkoopstrategie veranderde tijdens het traject zonder dat ik mij daar als opdrachtgever goed in meegenomen voelde. De verwachtingen die vooraf zijn geschetst over de mogelijke verkoopprijs zijn uiteindelijk niet waargemaakt en ik had het gevoel dat mijn belangen en zorgen niet voldoende werden meegenomen in de besluitvorming. Voor mij draait een verkoopmakelaar niet alleen om bezichtigingen organiseren, maar ook om duidelijke communicatie, transparantie en het geven van vertrouwen. Dat vertrouwen ben ik gedurende het proces verloren. Op basis van mijn persoonlijke ervaring kan ik deze makelaar daarom niet aanbevelen.
