Woonhart Realty is a fun group of real estate agents and appraisers. Our name didn't come out of nowhere: we all have a heart for living. We are innovative, quirky, personal, and highly professional. Moreover, we are one of the first sustainable realtors in the Netherlands!

We realize home happiness for everyone. That's our profession, and we're good at it. We don't know routine, because every house is special and has its own unique personality, just like every person does. That's why we like to look at the personal side of our work: what suits you or you all, and how can we help you with that. No buyers or sellers, but real people. We have the "drive" to do everything to exceed your expectations and go all out together for the full 100%.

Naturally, you want to enjoy your new dream home for many years. That's what we want too! To prepare your home, and all homes in the Netherlands, for the future, we must focus on sustainability. Currently, the built sector is responsible for no less than 40% of all CO2 emissions in the Netherlands. We want to continue the beautiful profession of real estate agent for many years and hope to help many people find their dream home in the future. To contribute to sustainability, we are therefore BREEAM-NL sustainability experts. In this way, we are building a beautiful, healthy future together!
